With LPC since 1994, Nelson worked his way up through many roles and it shows. He's a problem-solver with an eye for detail. In his spare time, he repairs computers and donates them to kids from families with limited means.

Jim joined the company in 1997 and since then, has taken the skill of press brake operation to new levels of precision in bending sheet metal. He takes pride in every piece he works and adds that, "We'll work it, til it's dead on."

A structural steel fabricator with a wide-ranging knowledge of steel and metal, Walt is also a certified welder. He's a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys the open road, and tends goats in his spare time.
